Attorneys Larry and Laney Help Egyptian Company Resolve Dispute with Jinan Supplier, Recover Full Payment of $100K

At the end of 2023, an Egyptian company purchased various models of cars from a supplier in Jinan, Shandong, China. After the Egyptian company paid the full purchase price, the Jinan supplier not only failed to deliver the goods on time but also deliberately provided forged vehicle identification numbers, leading to a breakdown in trust and an inability to proceed with the transaction.

Despite the Egyptian buyer's consistent demands for a refund, the Chinese supplier deliberately delayed and never fully refunded the payment. To resolve this challenging issue, the Egyptian company sought legal assistance from Chinese lawyers, and ultimately entrusted the case to Attorney Larry Zhou and his team at Landing (Shenzhen) Law Office.

After taking on the case, Attorney Larry Zhou and intern lawyer Laney Liu quickly drafted a lawyer's letter and delivered it to the supplier. Upon confirming the receipt of the letter, our lawyers proactively communicated with the responsible person at the opposing company, clearly expressing the Egyptian company's demands.

Initially, the Jinan supplier continued to delay with various excuses and even refused communication at one point. In this situation, our lawyers, based on the information gathered before negotiations, analyzed the pros and cons for the supplier according to legal grounds and objective facts, and warned of the potential legal consequences, forcing them to provide a specific refund plan.

After several months of strategic negotiation and persistent efforts by our lawyers, the supplier ultimately refunded the entire purchase price and signed a settlement agreement with the Egyptian company.

The Egyptian company expressed sincere admiration and gratitude for the professional capabilities, negotiation skills, and diligent service demonstrated by our legal team in this case, considering it a perfect victory of law and wisdom.
